In November 2018, Steve Bannon, previously a top aide to Donald Trump, visited the UK to deliver a speech at the Oxford Union.

The event was disrupted by hundreds of protesters, and Bannon, who was due to travel that night, informed Jeffrey Epstein in an message: "Protesters delayed speech I doubt I can catch the plane we r enroute to heathrow".

Epstein replied: "That. Is a Gulf Air departing at 950 with a layover in Bahrain". Bannon replied: "You are an excellent helper".

These exchanges were released on Wednesday alongside over 20,000 documents from the estate of Epstein, the deceased financier convicted of sex crimes.

The disclosure by the Congressional committee includes an iMessage chat where Bannon's name is redacted. Media outlets has been able to establish his involvement by cross-referencing the dates, occurrences, and places mentioned.

For example, Epstein talks about chartering a jet from the UK for the unnamed individual in the chat, and offers praise their "address at Oxford". Bannon took part in the News Xchange conference on November 14, and delivered the speech at the Oxford Union on November 16.

Bannon, who is not accused of any misconduct, did not reply on the inquiry.

'I'll make sure you're well looked after'

Bannon served as Trump's closest advisers in the run up to the 2016 election and in the early days of his first administration, but resigned from the White House in 2017.

He has admitted he was producing a documentary about Epstein before his passing and allegedly has approximately 15 hours of recordings. In a recording of his show recently, he stated: "We're going to release the series, the five-part series, in the coming year - at the start of next year."

But the newly released materials indicate Bannon's connection with Epstein extended than being his biographer, with the disgraced financier occasionally seeming to act like a aide.

A short time prior to the exchange in which Epstein seemed to booked a charter jet for Bannon, Epstein remarked: "how does it feel to have the highest-paid booking agent in the world ".

Bannon expressed gratitude: "U r quite capable assistant", to which Epstein responded "Massages. Not Included".

Discussing a visit to "Abu Dhabi" in another message, Epstein told Bannon: "I'll make sure you are well looked after."

British Affairs Mentioned in Exchanges

The published communications also show Bannon and Epstein talking about UK politics in 2018.

On the day of his address at the Oxford Union, Bannon texted Epstein: "I became involved in the EU exit thing this morning with Nigel, Boris and Mogg."

Then, in what appears to be a allusion to Theresa May, the struggling British leader at the time, he added: "They are attempting to proceed. may today / tomorrow…"

Epstein advised Bannon: "I think staying as much as you can in the UK. Best-- so people get the commitment of your follow-up."

Soon after, Epstein asked: "Can Theresa may survive". Bannon answered: "I don't see how however the guys over here have little courage" and noted "Boris ; Michael Gove; Jacob Rees-Mogg; Davis - somebody has to take charge".

Theresa May was finally toppled in May 2019 after withstanding two votes of no confidence in December 2018.

A spokesman for the political party told media: "Farage has not been in a gathering with Steve Bannon, Rees-Mogg and Boris Johnson." And there is no evidence that encounter occurred.

The US House of Representatives will vote soon on whether the Department of Justice should release all its files concerning its investigation into Epstein, who passed away in prison in that year.

Interest in Epstein's associations with influential individuals was reignited this week after the release of over 20,000 pages from his estate.
